Update: We will be evaluating the weather tomorrow morning, May 23, to determine if we need to reschedule the drive-by parade in honor of the Class of 2020. We will post any updates to the schedule on our facebook page at www.facebook.com/RoseTreeFireCompany
Rose Tree Fire Company is happy to be a part of your #StayHomeStaySafe celebrations by having mini drive-by parades. With the end of the school year almost here, we want to ensure we celebrate the accomplishments of as many of our graduates as possible. On Saturday, May 23 (subject to change), our fire trucks will be out, driving by the homes of graduates to mark their special occasion. If you live in Upper Providence Township and you want your graduate included on the route, please be certain to follow the instructions below.
By no later than next Wednesday, May 20, please send us a message on Facebook or an email at [email protected] that includes all of the following information:
- Your name and phone number;
- The first name of the graduate; and
- Your street address (again, we will only be able to include graduates in Upper Providence Twp.)
We are also looking for people interested in helping us decorate our trucks for the mini parade. Specifically, we need volunteers to make 4 bedsheets that read “Congratulations Class of 2020!” that we will display on our trucks. If you are interested in helping, please reach out to us by Sunday, May 16, so we can coordinate your efforts with the others who are lending a hand. We will need to the completed signs by May 21.
For those of you interested in requesting a drive-by parade for a non-graduation event, please continue to message us on Facebook or email us with your: 1.) name; 2.) address; 3.) date and time of the celebration; and 4.) whether you’d like us to use lights and sirens.
We look forward to helping you celebrate!
